1. ACCEPTANCE OF My-Matrimony TERMS
Welcome to My-Matrimony Services ("Services"). Your use of Services is subject to these Additional Terms located at http://www.my-matrimony.com/info/tos.shtml that supplement the My-India Terms of Service ("TOS") which is incorporated by reference. Your use of Services is also subject to the My-Matrimony Guidelines ("Guidelines") located at http://www.my-matrimony.com/info/guidelines.shtml.

My-Matrimony reserves the right to update and change, from time to time, these Additional Terms and all documents incorporated by reference. You can always find the most recent version of this Addendum and the most recent version of the My-Matrimony Terms of Service at the URL indicated above.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

2.1 My-Matrimony Subscription
My-Matrimony allows paid subscribers to get in touch with anyone on My-Matrimony .

3. My-Matrimony Matrimonial Account ID REQUIREMENT
To participate in Premium Services, you must have a valid My-Matrimony Matrimonial Account ID. If you do not have a My-Matrimony Matrimonial Account ID, you will be prompted to complete the registration process for them before you can post a profile or become a Premium Member for Premium Services.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 General Terms
The cheque/draft you send us as part of your Registration for My-Matrimony Premium Membership will automatically and immediately be billed.

4.2 Payment for Subscription Plans
Payment occurs on a pre-pay basis and payment shall be renewed at the end of the term.

4.3 Cancellation for Subscription Plans
Please note, unless My-Matrimony gives notice to the contrary, payment for subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the term for which you paid, your cancellation will take effect at the end of that term. For example, if you subscribe to a monthly plan, and you cancel after 15 days, you will still have the service until the end of the 30 days.

4.4 Termination
If your Cheque/Draft is invalid for any reason, your Premium Services account will be suspended or cancelled immediately and all the information contained within it deleted permanently. My-Matrimony accepts no liability for information that is deleted due to an invalid payment status.

5. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
My-Matrimony expressly reserves the right to immediately modify, suspend or terminate Registrant's account and refuse current or future use of any My-Matrimony service, including Premium Services, if My-Matrimony, in its sole discretion believes Registrant has: (i) violated or tried to violate the rights of others; or (ii) if we become aware of information indicating a safety concern for you, other My-Matrimony users, or the general public, or (iii) acted inconsistently with the spirit or letter of the TOS, the Guidelines or these Additional Terms, or (iv) we, on our own sole discretion, belives that you do not have any more rights to use our services.

6. INVALIDITY OF SPECIFIC TERMS
If any provision of these additional terms or any document incorporated by reference is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the such documents remain in full force and effect.

7. LOCATION OF LAWSUIT
The My-Matrimony Terms of Service, which apply to your Premium Services, provides that both you and My-Matrimony agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Tiruvalla, India.
