My user ID and password do not work.

That's almost certainly because you are not entering them correctly. Enter them exactly as they appear in the email you have received.  Remember that they are case sensitive so "Sanjiv" is not the same as "sanjiv". Remember also not to enter any extra space: "sanjiv" is not the same as "sanjiv ".  Note the extra space in the second instance.
